With Zero Salt, we’ve managed to reduce or totally eliminate its sodium content (depending on the manufacturer’s criteria), which is known to be responsible for increased blood pressure, and reduce or eliminate monosodium glutamate (E-621). The best bit: we’ve been able to do all of this without losing any flavour.
